Amazon’s Parler Games

“Democracy Dies in Darkness” is the official motto of the Washington Post.  The paper’s owner, Amazon titan Jeff Bezos, is counting on it.  Sunday, at the stroke of midnight, Amazon’s web hosting service turned off the lights to the free speech social media site, Parler, known as the “Twitter of the Right.”  Like a James Bond villain bent on world domination, the Bezos empire used its awesome, global technology to vaporize its ideological foe.  Just a day previously, Google and Apple had banned the Parler app from their devices.
