Mumbling Joe

In two weeks, United States President Joe Biden and Russian President Vladimir Putin are set to meet in Geneva to “restore stability and predictability to the U.S.-Russia relationship.”  Biden, however, may prove to be the loose cannon.  At the age of 78, his public ramblings are becoming more and more strange.
